Stage 3: Interior Design Development

After concept approval, we move on to the next stage. Utilizing concept solutions pre-approved by the client, we create initial plans and conduct preliminary consultations with contractors regarding the feasibility of the approved concept. At this stage, our goal is to give physical form to abstract ideas, creating more concrete and achievable design elements.

Planning and Consultations with Contractors: We engage with contractors to discuss plans and assess how well the approved concept can be successfully implemented in practice. This is a vital stage where we consider technical constraints and practical feasibility.

Adjustments to Layout and Zoning: Drawing from discussions with contractors and client feedback, we make necessary corrections to plans and room zoning to ensure optimal space utilization.

Preliminary 3D Visualizations: We craft three-dimensional visualizations of the project, enabling the client to gain an initial visual understanding of the future interior. This aids in comprehending how various design elements will interact within the actual space.

Development of Lighting Schemes and Furniture Placement: We design preliminary lighting schemes to ensure optimal ambiance and room functionality. We also select and place furniture and technical equipment on plans, considering both aesthetics and practicality.

Selection of Plumbing Equipment and Engineering Consultations: We pick suitable plumbing equipment and consult with engineers on matters of air conditioning, ventilation, and other engineering aspects.

Preparation of Material Samples: We curate and present the client with samples of furniture, lighting fixtures, finishing materials—including tiles, fabrics, paint colors, and other details—to assist them in making informed choices and obtaining a clear sense of the quality and cost of proposed materials.

Furniture and Equipment Selection: We curate and coordinate furniture and equipment elements to be integrated into the project, factoring in both style and functional requirements.

Final Approval with the Client: We present the developed 3D visualizations to the client, incorporating approved layout solutions, finishing materials, lighting fixtures, and chosen furniture. This enables the client to formally endorse the presented solutions and visualizations.

During this stage, abstract ideas transform into tangible and specific design components, merging concept and practicality into the project harmoniously.
